Policies on returns, price changes and repairs

Returns: Jewelry in new condition
other than that specifically ordered may be returned within one month of
purchase. If accompanied by the original John Lewis Inc. sales slip a refund
will be issued to the purchaser. When paid by credit card, the refund
will be to
the account charged (please include your credit card receipt); when paid with
cash or by
check, a refund check will be mailed to the purchaser. Without the sales slip,
exchange or store credit is allowed. Store credit slips, to be valid, must
be presented within 5 years from the date of issue.
Orders: If a price change should occur, due either to errors or an unpredictable rise in metal or stone costs, you will be notified and asked to approve the increase. At that time you may cancel the order and your deposit will be refunded. Deposits on orders are not otherwise refundable after work has begun. Completed orders will be held for 6 months. Price changes: We endeavor to keep the prices in this web sight as accurate as possible. However, due to unpredictable changes in prices for metal and stones, or mistakes by us, the price for jewelry shown in the web site may not be accurate. The price quoted while ordering is always the correct price. Repairs: Professional workmanship has made our reputation, and we construct each piece of jewelry to withstand normal wear and tear. We will repair any original defect we judge to be our fault without charge. After many years of use, repairs may become necessary. Our charge will be fair and stated in advance.
