How to buy:

   Home

This a catalogue web site which means that our jewelry is ordered by calling us at our toll-free number.
It is  1 800 266 4101. We do this in order to facilitate purchasing and to be sure that the jewelry is suitable for the use intended and that sizes are correct. By talking to a real salesperson, hopefully any questions can be answered before shipping and avoid the annoyance of returns. There is a great deal more jewelry on display available for purchase in our store than is shown on this web site.

1) In person:  We are located at 97 Newbury Street in the Back Bay, Boston.  Our business hours are 11am to 6pm EST Tuesday through Saturday with extended hours for the December holidays.

2) Via the web site:  Please call us at 1 800 266 4101 outside Massachusetts in the USA and Canada. All others please call 617 266 6665 or Fax 617 859 1856.  Our web business hours are 11am to 6pm EST Tuesday through Saturday with extended hours for the December holidays.  We'll be happy to explain dimensions, scale and proportions and make suggestions for your purpose.  We do have photographic prints that may help you visualize our jewelry designs, many of  which are made in a different weight and material. Also, ring and bracelet sizes, and necklace lengths can be worked out over the phone.  Choices of stones can be discussed with sales personnel, and various possibilities considered in addition to the designs shown on this web site.

3) Shipping:  We ship the best possible way, insured. The average shipping cost is $15.00.  For purchases over $300. we ship via US Post Office Registered Mail.  Faster, overnight service is also available.

4) Payment:  The easiest method of payment is by VISA or MASTERCARD.  We do not take American Express.  Checks and cash are good, too, but not so instantaneous. Gift wrapping is included, without charge.

5) Scale:  The illustrations on this web site are not consistently actual size.  We have tried to give dimensions in millimeters (mm) and inches (") and sometimes both.  Please bear in mind that 25mm equals 1inch, 12.5mm is 1/2", 6mm is 1/4", and 3mm is 1/8" with all the peculiar inch fractions in between.

6) Colors:  The metals and the stones shown in the illustrations resemble the colors of a piece. But, because of  many steps from digital photography to illustrations in this web site, and the effects of different sorts of lighting, colors shown may differ considerably from the colors of a piece, or not.

Just remember that jewelry looks better off-screen, and is made to be worn on a person where it  looks superb!
